At ZaruriBox.pk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Accepted Cases:
    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
    • Wrong size/color (if applicable).
    • Item not as described on the website.
  • Non-Eligible Items:
    • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
    • Items without original packaging/tags.
    • Perishable or personalized goods.

2. Time-frame for Returns

  • You must notify us within 5 days of delivery by:
    • Emailing [sales@zaruribox.pk] with your order number and issue details.
    • Calling our helpline +92 320 1245822.
  • Physical returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Report the issue within 5 days (as above).
  2. Approval: We’ll verify your claim and email a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship Back: Send the unused/unwashed item with the RA number to us.
  4. Exchange Issued: Once received, we’ll ship the replacement (or offer store credit if the item is unavailable).

4. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are only issued if an exchange isn’t possible (e.g., out-of-stock items).
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: We cover shipping costs if the error is ours (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
  • Customer Responsibility: You pay for returns due to size/color preference changes.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewellery/undergarments (hygiene reasons).
  • Opened software/gadgets (unless defective).
  • Sale/clearance items (unless faulty).
